In the heart of Mouffetard’s bustling scene, an elegant restaurant that reinterprets bistro classics with a touch of sophistication while keeping a close eye on current trends: beef skirt steak tataki-style, marinated eggplant with pepper risotto sauce and potato purée, pollock with zucchini, tomato water, sauce vierge, and fennel… A very appealing lunch special for €30, and large cuts to share in the evening (rib eye, veal chop…).
