Gourmet Restaurant As the decades go by, Flavio remains an attractive magnetic pole at the entrance to the resort, and it even seems that the cuisine has regained a touch of panache, with regular, quality dishes that are well regarded for prices that no longer soar as they once did: well-done, just snacked, monkfish in low temperature and rhubarb jus with butter, whole red mullet in olive oil ratatouille fish and tomato fumet, guinea fowl and eggplant mousseline poultry jus with espelette cream. Pleasant seasonal and regional desserts (parfait glacé genièvre sorbet fraise genièvre), attentive service, pleasant terrace.
