Gault&Millau's review 2026

Located opposite the Chambard of its illustrious founder, Flamme & Co, launched by Olivier Nasti, continues its work under the direction of Yoan Jacquet and Pierre Moiso. The concept is simple: the tarte flambée revisited according to the season, offering a playful and generous vision of the Alsatian classic. A la carte: au gratin, munster, scallops, vitello tonnato, baked on soapstone or wood-fired.
