Gourmet Restaurant The idea, first launched by Olivier Nasti, who works across the street at Le Chambard, lives on thanks to the people he trained, who carry on the torch with panache. The tarte flambée (flambéed tart) is adapted to the seasons and to new ideas, in a very modern and welcoming setting around the central counter. Classic or inventive compositions (saint-jacques patate douce curry gingembre brocoli, pluma ibérique fromage blanc moutarde à l'ancienne estragon, oignons champignons caramélisés pomme de terre et cornichons...) for a different moment, with good little wines from all over.
