Gault&Millau's review 2026

The Nordic reference in Nice, present in our bases for a quarter of a century. It's still a pleasure to go there, in a pleasantly old-fashioned atmosphere, because the pleasure of these composite plates of smoked fish, herring or smoked reindeer is always present. We pick and choose from the "förrätter" of the moment, tarama blini, shrimps in cocktail sauce, sweet marinated herring... before these broad, unifying proposals. The Fjord at €34 features smoked salmon, gravlax, herring, smoked eel, blini and baked potato. Initiatique menu at €27.
