A lovely Nordic zephyr has been blowing in from the harbor for decades, bringing its smoked salmon and roe. The house has been cultivating its specialties for more than forty years, bringing regular Scandinavian cuisine with a touch of imagination to the people of Nice and tourists weary of pissaladière, herring in all its forms (maatjes, rollmops...) and salmon, of course, but also reindeer.
