Gourmet Restaurant A cool, chic bistro-wine bar on Rue Vauban, not far from La Bonne Mère, where bon vivants gather to enjoy contemporary tapas and a natural wine cellar that makes perfect sense. The place has that rough loft feel that suits the occasion. Here, you'll discover fine creations such as sea urchin from Carry, toasted bread and red meat espuma, anchovy from Martigues with salt, guanciale, pear and rosemary oil condiment, Mediterranean red tuna sashimi, Corsican avocado, smoked ewe's milk yogurt and jus court, crème brûlée and melilot. Good selection by the glass.
