In this fashionable Vauban district, there's no shortage of wine bars and wine cellars, and each can count on a loyal clientele, like supporters of their team. This Figure is one of those good clubs, with its procession of young, trendy regulars who love natural wine, good music and good food. With its fifties counter, open kitchen and high chairs lined up along the walls, the place exudes a lofty, vintage ambience, perfectly in tune with the popular yet cool vibe of boulevard Vauban.between two well-chosen glasses - a Domaine des Hautes Terres, a Sarava from Portugal, a Séléné, or even a sparkling wine from Kambyum (Vincent Christophe) - the kitchen delivers some truly pleasing small plates, such as octopus legs in Caesar sauce, an intense velouté of celery and onion confit, spaghetti with melting beef cheek, baby onions and parmesan, a beautiful grilled tuna with spinach and roasted squash, lemony meat jus, or a caramel custard tart with cinnamon. A warm and friendly atmosphere.
