In this busy corner of the intramuros, it's not easy to find a place in the sun. However, this restaurant is worthy of its two toques, with a slight departure from the imposed seafood and fish and chips circuit. The fish is prepared with respect and imagination (hake, turnip, sesame, yuzu juice), the spaghetti of the sea broccoli lemon juice, the tacos are always in place, spider or pig, and the lobster is regularly the guest star. The wine cellar is correct and not banal.
