Originally from Sweden, Emilia, Fiona, Christoffer and Martin have combined their gastronomic skills to create this atypical place in the truffle capital, at the gateway to the Verdon gorges. This entirely second-hand world is in keeping with their ecological commitment to sustainable, waste-free cooking. A large counter and small tables in a chic, elegant atmosphere, serving tapas or small dishes with flavors from around the world. Fiona, the chef, draws inspiration from her travels and international experiences to create spicy yet original dishes using seasonal fruit and vegetables, allowing her to adapt the menu to her whims. Sommelier Christoffer has put together a menu that's half French regions, half foreign countries, with succulent nectars served by the glass, to match the dishes you've chosen.
