An authentic experience from start to finish in this former barn overlooking the Cauterets valley, offering breathtaking views from the terrace and the warmth of a wooded room with a fireplace in winter. Aurélien Poulot prepares traditional regional cuisine, with all the great classics of the local repertoire, including the famous garbure, cassoulet, omelette with foie gras and ceps, and Basque cake. The establishment also offers its products in jars for takeaway.
