Chef's Restaurant A tribute to fario trout from Kevin de Porre, who has moved to the other side of the country after delighting us with his Contraste rue d'Anjou, then in partnership with his accomplice Erwan Ledru. In the cherry capital, in the heart of Vallespir, he now sails solo, close to nature and a favorable environment, returning to the region of his childhood. A champion's know-how (he has worked at the Shangri-La during the Labbé period, at the Plaza and at Kei's), a fine knowledge of local produce: the road to the Pyrenees is wide open for Kevin, and his first forks are very promising.
