Gourmet Restaurant It's one of the country's most famous brasseries, and the most flamboyant achievement of the Nancy School, which spearheaded the Art Nouveau movement. Don't miss the dining room, with its Louis Majorelle furniture, Daum lighting and superb Jacques Gruber stained-glass windows. In terms of cuisine, the establishment is a chic brasserie, in keeping with the original purpose of the premises, which were conceived in the same vein as the great cafés of the early 20th century. On the menu: mimosa egg, quiche lorraine, Burgundy snails, Strasbourg sauerkraut, hay-smoked pork shank, sole meunière, pavé de veau fermier aux morilles. Oysters and seafood platters are also available.
