Chef's Restaurant Above the Place du Martroi, Alain Gérard's table is THE gastronomic reference in town, the chic table for special occasions, where families gather for a candlelit dinner. Rigor and precision are the order of the day here, offering a meticulous, professional experience, impeccable service, traditional French dishes and a hushed atmosphere. The €69 menu features fine products, including scallop carpaccio with oyster tartar and lemon caviar, sea bass supreme with tandoori, butternut squash and mandarin, fillet of beef with hay butter, salsify and roasted hazelnuts, and dark chocolate coulant with lavender and violet flower ice cream. For lunch, a good menu at €38.
