Gault&Millau's review2026
The street is quiet, the connoisseurs are at table behind the discreet façade. Here, the food is good, celebrating the irremovable toques proudly worn by Alain Gérard. And the taste for a job well done extends to the €33 lunch menu, with sardines with arugula pesto, sesame chuck and Jerusalem artichoke cream, elderberry poached quince and hazelnut cranberry sponge cake. The menu is always appetizing, with the finest products of the moment (scallops, celery, parsley condiment, pigeon viennoise, pumpkin mousseline, gnocchi and chestnuts...). A classic, well-varied cellar with a good Loire presence.
