Simplicity and openness still dominate in this mountain chalet on the road to Spain. In the midst of nature, we appreciate the good things and the quality of the innkeeper. Every traveler is made to feel welcome. The first ones are seated in the front row, near the windows opening onto the Pyrenees. The cuisine, a little less regular than in the past, sticks to the terroir with a few manners, a perfect egg (the fashion has reached this point) with parsnip mousseline, a ballotin of grilled braised venison, celery purée, spiced jus, before the good minute grape and hazelnut clafoutis. Regional cellar with some local beers.
