Gault&Millau's review 2026

Maxime and Estelle run one of the trendiest new bistros in the Rue du Chapitre, with a meticulous decor and contemporary compositions that reflect both a certain mastery and a natural art of entertaining. The menu travels well, with coastal and terrestrial ideas, an artichoke and prawn starter, creamy artichoke, orange bisque and spring onions, pollack meunière and wild garlic, roasted leeks and crab bisque, rack of veal from Aveyron, lacquered kohlrabi with fried onion and caper jus, strawberry and olive tart. Formulas from €24 to €56.
