On the second floor of the Samaritaine, a practical, Parisian brasserie with large bay windows overlooking the Rue de Rivoli. In a beautiful setting, with polite service, delivering a fairly classic menu combining revisited standards. Baked leeks, egg mimosa and lime mascarpone cream, pan-fried lean, quinoa with zucchini and salicornia, buckwheat seed lemon sauce, a simple and correct dish, like the kiwi and passion pavlova. Service without fuss, cellar quite lively, slight progress this year.
