In the heart of the Charonne district, Japanese chef Yurika Kitano, ex-Passage 53, Clamato and Pilgrim, forms a fine duo with Thomas Legrand, sommelier and great lover of natural wines. For lunch, a €29 menu full of promise with simple titles: fried Brussels sprouts, cream, trout roe, which you can accompany with Muscadet Tribute for freshness and liveliness; skate in its cabbage leaf accompanied by a gourmet marinière sauce; then curiosity pushes us towards blanquette de veau served in a Lyonnaise soup tureen covered with puff pastry, a superb dish. For dessert, a composition of whisky ice cream, chocolate mousse and Comté cheese tuiles. In the evening, a more extensive menu in the same vein.
