In the heart of the Marais, Eloi Spinnler's third sin mignon lives up to its name. Here, banqueting is reinvented with a responsible, contemporary approach. No gargantuan buffets, but a hundred or so carefully-crafted proposals, divided into themed stalls. Products are well sourced and plates designed to limit waste. In terms of flavors, the menu remains very classic, but we do appreciate the work on sausages and charcuterie, the colorful vegetable preparations and the must-try dishes such as blanquette de veau and homemade kebab. Desserts are more like a buffet of mignardises than a real pastry shop. We come here for the spectacular Art Deco decor, the meticulous service and the clear philosophy of the place: to celebrate abundance without excess.
