Gourmet Restaurant At the heart of the lively area, just below Place Sainte-Catherine, this is a must for a taste of local sea spray, but also of livestock, with noble products in often ambitious proposals: creamy veal tartar with mushrooms, turbot asparagus and citrus hollandaise, roast lobster, sweetbreads in Japanese spinach and gnocchi breadcrumbs... The 39 € Découverte menu is a good option, with pomme tatin for dessert.
