We discovered them in 2024 with the unabashed joy of promoting a beautiful new restaurant in the heart of Vitré, in a 16th-century house that was just begging to be revived by a young couple. Léonie is in the dining room, a dynamic and professional manager, while Romain is in the kitchen, striving to defend a careful, unpretentious market cuisine. The cellar is still under construction, but has some fine references, notably in the Loire region.
