A young couple with the means to match their ambitions, they offer Vitré a fine gourmet restaurant, as pleasing for Romain Vettier's cuisine as for his partner Léonie's warm welcome and professionalism. The place is most charming, an old 16th-century house brought up to date, between classicism and modernity, where you can opt for one of the chef's three menus, from €22 to €65 and from three to eight courses, where he declines his desires according to the seasons. Interesting wine cellar.
