Sponsored Perched in the heights of the Var, on the famous Route Napoléon, this mountain-style restaurant is an enchanted interlude. In this welcoming cocoon, gourmets, travelers and regulars come together to savor homemade dishes. At the helm of this exceptional bistro is a passionate duo who have worked their way up through the ranks of the finest restaurants. In the kitchen, brothers Baptiste and Damien brilliantly combine their Basque roots with the richness of Provençal gastronomy. The menu, which is regularly renewed according to the season, gives pride of place to fresh local produce: snails in aïoli, local lamb accompanied by a vegetable tian, small stuffed dishes, salmon flambéed in whisky... The simplicity of flavors meets impeccable execution for an authentic taste experience. Homemade desserts are equally irresistible, with a special mention for the mimosa tarte tropézienne. In the cellar, you'll find fine wines from the region: AOP Côtes de Provence, AOP Côtes du Rhône...
