A chic village restaurant just a stone's throw from the sea, where fresh produce is the order of the day. L'Emporium welcomes us in elegantly decorated surroundings. We start with an excellent summer truffle risotto, which competes with the roasted langoustines and endives with citrus juice, or the lovely graphic work on the avocado and crab cake. The moment on the terrace continues with the crispy cooked bass pavé on its skin, accompanied by homemade gnocchi with mussel juice, and a tender shoulder of lamb confit à la mode corse with succulent pommes de terre château. Desserts with a Corsican accent include citrus millefeuille in nougatine and intense tonka chocolate with caramelized hazelnuts. Interesting wine list.
