A wonderful sense of continuity at this renowned restaurant in the suburbs of Metz. Mickaël Emo, who knows the place well having worked there with the former owner, passionately champions his regional cuisine and maintains the restaurant’s high standards with beautifully crafted dishes: scallops with cauliflower, green apple cider, foie gras with Calvados and exotic fruit condiment, duck breast with Comté churros, beets, and blackberries. Well-structured, multi-course menus; equally sophisticated desserts (such as chocolate with porcini mushrooms and coffee); and a well-stocked, varied wine cellar.
