To find this unpretentious, efficient bistro d'amis, you'll have to go deep into the alleyways behind the Place de Crillon. The menu is simple but well presented and masterfully executed: vegetable and parmesan lasagne, black pudding and sweet potato tart, saithe parmentier and leeks, chestnut moelleux with vanilla ice cream... Ventoux by the glass and pitcher.
