Chef's Restaurant It's always a joyful moment at David Zuddas's market table, ideally located opposite the Halles. It's a guilty pleasure you'll never want to miss out on, as the plates are brimming with relevance and savoir-faire, with beautifully revisited classics proving that you can do top-of-the-range even in a bistro. On the menu: the superb pâté en croûte, oeufs en meurette, andouillette from Thierry's, navarin lamb with yellow wine and Kerala curry, rice pudding with Flavigny aniseed and mango coulis. Unbeatable formulas, from €18 to €46.
