Gourmet Restaurant David Zuddas has left to freshen up in the Jura region, but the brand has stayed and part of his team with it. However, everyone knows that you can't do DZ without Zuddas, and customers are adapting to this finally new table. In all objectivity, there's no such thing as a dull meal: the pâté en croûte chorizo pistache foie gras doesn't fall short of expectations, the noix de joue de boeuf à la bourguignonne is downright good, well candied and well accompanied, with only the dessert (pistachio and cherry tart) falling well short of expectations. The service was young and friendly, a little buoyant, with a cellar large enough to provide volume, but not very involved.
