Gourmet Restaurant You can count on this new bachique address, which is also a gourmet bistro combining traditional dishes and creations with reassuring products. It's a friendly place, with a natural bistro atmosphere and spontaneous trade with neighbors. The pâté en croûte comes from Viande viande, in the Vᵉ, the mayo whelks are well-cooked and well-spiced, the confit beef cheek risotto with red wine morels is pleasant at €28 and the Normandy prime rib (€12 per 100 g) is well marbled and well matured, served with its marrow bone and a béarnaise sauce. Good tatin and crème normande, a serious cellar of wines from winemakers who work cleanly, selected by a former sommelier who knows his stuff.
