A handsome hotel in the Golden Triangle, with a wealth of charm, allowing its international clientele to travel the world with a menu that draws on Spanish and Latin standards of undeniable modernity: tiradito de bar leche de tigre à la coriandre, grilled squid gaspacho au chorizo crème glacée de bisque, tataki de thon, filet de boeuf de Galice couscous de chou-fleur... A relaxing and slightly exotic option at a reasonable price (around €70).
