At the heart of this superb fifteen-hectare estate south of Saint-Saturnin, life's pleasures are almost all here, between the vineyard, vegetable garden, beehives and olive trees, not forgetting the hotel, housed in a beautiful XIXᵉ century mas with outdoor pool. At the table, we enjoy Maxime's ideas and Lucia's service, both delivering a good regional service, with mushroom tart and onion purée, truffle sauce, peach of the day with Japanese BBQ, candied and grilled leeks, potato and green sauce, duck breast with blood orange, salsify and celery cream, or poached apple and compote, croissant ganache and toasted croissant.
