Gault&Millau's review2026
After taking in the stunning view of the Seine—proof that the sign doesn’t lie—we discover Chef Gaëtan Perulli’s à la carte menu, organized by the number of courses: green peas, served as a salad topped with a haddock-infused espuma; marinated and seared mackerel, served with fresh cucumber and cucumber gel, a kiwi-cucumber sauce vierge, all garnished with coconut cream, dill oil, and chili; Next comes butter-roasted lobster with tomato tartare, ketchup, and poached nectarine; followed by a roasted squab breast, confit thigh, and celery ravioli with béatilles, before a refreshing strawberry-fennel composition and shiso sorbet. To accompany these dishes, a wine list featuring wines from all regions. The staff is friendly and attentive.
