Chef's Restaurant A chic and peaceful atmosphere, very Riviera, for this magnificent residence with 45 rooms and suites decorated by Jocelyne Sibuet. In the restaurant, fine cuisine with Mediterranean and classical accents, including grilled octopus, aïoli and seasonal vegetables au sautoir, grilled Miéral cockerel in crapaudine with lemon thyme jus and Valrhona chocolate sphere, all of which rise to the level of two toques. Tropézian prices, and logical in view of the overall performance.
