Gault&Millau's review2026
A lovely family home in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, with all the charm and charm of the region. Both a guesthouse and a restaurant, the place lends itself to a gourmet country getaway, where Raphaël Mollica applies himself to creating a fine contemporary bistronomy. The tasting menu is full of potential, with white asparagus, candied egg yolk and almonds, a crème brûlée of foie gras and red onions, cod, potato, lemon and champagne, beef, broccolini, black garlic and capers, and a dessert of chocolate, caramel and hazelnuts. A short but well-crafted cellar, with a good selection from the region.
