Gourmet Restaurant In the setting of this vast mansion twenty minutes from Dijon, an attractive vaulted room serves up meals well suited to the hotel trade, in the bistronomic style of a well-mastered contemporary cuisine: trout gravlax with roasted beet cream and green apple brillat-savarin cream, filet of duckling with smoked carrot orange confit mousseline, chocolate sorbet passion dessert in a well-executed sequence at €52 (€59 and €69 in four or five courses). Classic Burgundy cellar.
