Gourmet Restaurant For many inhabitants of the 17th arrondissement, the Paris tide is Dessirier and nothing else. Oysters and scallops, langoustines and spider crab au naturel are all available here. You can extend the pleasure with large cuts from the new arrivals, cooked whole, gilthead bream, wild sea bass, sole meunière or grilled. A few classics of the moment are added, including simmental entrecôte for those who can't stand seawater. Chocolate tart, lemon soufflé, baba, prices worthy of the situation.
