The goddess of the harvest watches over this pretty restaurant in Old Bordeaux, with its sumptuous stone buildings. The cuisine here is simple and contemporary, served with kindness and care, and citing its origins: the tuna crudo comes from the Saint-Jean de Luz fish market, with crunchy fennel, hazelnut butter and soy; the pig from a Pyrenean farm is prepared Mexican-style, with creamy polenta, vegetable jus and peanut salsa macha; and the dark chocolate mousse with olive oil is accompanied by a cocoa streusel for a pleasant sequence at less than €50.
