Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful stone building, an open and welcoming place, under the auspices of Demeter, goddess of fertile harvests. Vegetables are therefore very much in evidence, in a menu with a multitude of ideas and influences: lentil salad with orange almonds, candied turnips and tadka, fregola sarda, Korean-style pork belly, kimchi rice with garlic and ginger, chocolate cream with mandarin gel. A friendly atmosphere of regulars and Slow Food enthusiasts.
