Slightly off-center, perhaps, but even on foot from the town center, you won't regret the climb. The wine is well-chosen, and the current menu has a lot going for it, in a simplicity that's not banal: red cabbage tatin, cocotte egg with chorizo, parmentier of pulled pork confit, chard ravioli, pear and caramel tourtière..
