Gault&Millau's review 2026

An elegant boutique hotel, with a lively bar-restaurant area, featuring a variety of cocktails and a well-mannered table with chef's plates, suitable for an international tourist clientele: grilled avocado with clementines and pickles, salmon gravlax with pomegranate and coleslaw; lentil dahl, pollack plancha with celery risotto, pineapple victoria carpaccio with ginger sorbet nage. Suitable cellar, limited selection by the glass, but well chosen (La Janasse, Villard, Nudant...).
