Gourmet Restaurant
Clément Courtemanche has breathed new life into this hotel restaurant, now renamed Pimpan. It has a fresh new vibe, featuring an evening tasting menu for €65 and a great lunch special for €32, as well as live music on Thursday and Saturday evenings. The menu also showcases its modernity, featuring a few trendy ideas, but executed with the skill of a chef who’s earned his stripes: confit skate with lemon sauce, grilled pollock with peas and sobrasada, Gavotte chocolate cream with mild chili marmalade…
