In a well-designed contemporary setting, the cuisine offers an accessible “bistronomy” experience grounded in solid tradition: Nepalese-style chicken salad, frogs’ legs with parsley, Arctic char with Jerusalem artichokes, chestnuts, and coffee sauce, pear with biscuit and buckwheat praline, vanilla cream, and pear sorbet—for a well-balanced meal at 55 €.
