To accompany the dishes, we offer a small slate of regional dishes: duck hearts with parsley and fennel, gnocchetti with mushrooms, walnuts, parmesan and sauce vierge, chicken supreme with potatoes and celery, carrots and mustard sauce, which may lack a little generosity but is well executed, and a classic vanilla rice pudding.
