Just like an American diner, with photos of artists adorning the walls and blues music playing in the background, you'll enjoy crêpes and galettes made with ingredients carefully selected from local producers. On the menu, in season, the galette de l'Arros with an egg base, fresh goat's cheese crottin with wild garlic made to order and black pork from l'Escaladieu, or the galette with exceptional cold-smoked trout sliced to order, a bewitching delight! To round off this festival of flavors, a Carachoc crêpe with authentic homemade caramel and chocolate pistole from a Pyrenean artisan-chocolatier, a sweet treat you'll remember for a long time...
