The taste, crunch and authenticity of galettes kraz as they're called in Brittany: that's the challenge facing Barbara and Stéphane in their Pyrenean crêperie, housed in a pretty stone and wood house. More than twenty artisans and confidential producers from the Hautes-Pyrénées and Brittany contribute to the reputation of the dishes deliciously concocted by the restaurateurs. Here, every detail is elegantly thought out, from the refined welcome to the coffee. On the menu in season : galette de l'Arros with fresh IGP goat's cheese (the only one in the region), tailor-made with wild garlic and black pork ham; the melt-in-your-mouth, well-balanced Boudin aux quatre épices with bramble honey; and to end on a sweet note, a crêpe Carachoc with authentic homemade caramel and Paillasson chocolate (France's leading artisan chocolate maker) in pistole. And to accompany each dish, a Rodenbach beer, listed as an industrial heritage site, or an exceptional coffee menu. In summer, you can take advantage of the charming guinguette-style terrace.
