A modern crêperie, proving that the galette tradition is on the rise. Flours selected in the region, 100% local buckwheat for the savouries, the galette with organic Dinan andouille sausage, the complete organic smoked breast or the Grain Noir with Breton trout. In froment, we also take care of the ingredients, like our homemade salted butter caramel or our organic honey and roasted almonds.
