It's not coffee, but buckwheat that takes pride of place in this rather chic and quiet crêperie. The products are carefully selected (andouille de Dinan, langouille, Breton trout, organic sausage...) for a crunchy, filling result. The same goes for the cheeses, with organic products, lemon, almonds and muscovado.
