Chef's Restaurant Without making much noise, at the end of the city's most touristy street, Cozna steadily moves forward, without changing the course of a cuisine of its time, clear in its announcement and keeping its promises. Depending on the ingredients, the à la carte menu features dishes priced at €24 or €34, and worth every penny for the quality of their execution: after the perfect egg, squash in a chestnut siphon and smoked bacon, the supreme of poultry and crayfish with sweet potato and ginger, and the filet of charolais with parsnip, raspberry and hazelnut, are a great sensation. Well-crafted desserts (pear financier with vanilla ice cream), a good €38 menu and a relaxed, precise and professional welcome. Modest cellar with good references.
