Well established at the beginning of rue du Faubourg, Cozna is making its way with kindness and determination. Sandra and Léo complement each other perfectly, and their €41 menu is a good start, while their seasonal menu is always sincere: tuna and cauliflower tataki with coconut milk, honey and soy sauce, stuffed pork loin with Thai emulsion, Breton sablé with salted butter caramelized apples, vanilla ice cream... A choice by the glass from a decent cellar, Dupasquier in Savoie, Cuilleron in Rhône, a market menu at €29.
