Gault&Millau's review 2025

Five years ago, Marie-Charlotte Angelini and Florian Perrin took over this pretty, typical stone house in the north of the department, in the beautiful Uchaux massif. Long featured in our columns, it's only natural that this address should return, for its professionalism, its atmosphere and the chef's well-applied cuisine, worthy of a large chef's hat. The right compromise with the seasonal menu at €48, celery pithiviers and Saint-Nectaire with autumn truffle, veal chuck confit with sage, apple three ways, Breton shortbread and salted butter caramel. Regional and local winery, very warm welcome.
