Gault&Millau's review 2026

Just north of the south, in the heart of the Massif d'Uchaux, Marie-Charlotte and Florian have for some years now been running a restaurant with a very good reputation, for the charm of the place and the chef's fine dishes, which are as relevant in their presentation as in their content. Their ideas reflect a good vision of the seasons, to be discovered in two menus at €34 and €50, in good rotation. Very friendly service.
