The former barn is now a large modern building with a vast veranda in a village on the plain. Emmanuel Waltisperger's cuisine is based on his own personal inspiration: fine eggplant, zucchini and fresh almond tart, tuna steak with summer vegetables and sauce vierge, guinea fowl supreme with Mont Ventoux spelt, chanterelle mushrooms and sage... Desserts in the same spirit, general cellar.
