It's hard to forget the name of this brand new venue on the quays in the heart of Bordeaux, with its vaulted wine cellar and large terrace. It's also hard not to fall for its trendy, friendly atmosphere. Accompanied by culinary proposals to share (pâté en croûte, ravioles au gratin, tuna tataki, chocolate cabosse...), the drinks menu of this "cave à trinquer" is well worth a look. Over 130 wines are on offer, mainly from Bordeaux, Burgundy and the Rhône Valley, but not exclusively. Cocktails, gins, rums and other digestifs such as Cognac, Chartreuse, Gentian, Génépi, etc., also feature prominently. There really is something for every taste, and every budget. All that's left to do is meet up with friends on the evening of your choice, and keep an eye on your social networks: the founders of Cornichon, knowledgeable restaurateurs, are planning to organize tastings with their favorite winemakers and makers of French liqueurs. Open daily from 5pm to 12:30am (continuous service).
