A typical and generous stopover in Rennes, where you'll enjoy the atmosphere as well as the plate, garnished with the latest arrivals and good regional produce. The large slate is full of resources to whet your appetite: razor clams with parsley sauce, pâté en croûte, langoustines with mayo, Glénans sea urchins with sorrel emulsion, before the equally tempting choice of dishes, including veal sweetbreads with mushroom jus and black garlic, hake en viennoise with wild garlic, abalone with buckwheat and asparagus... Don't stop before dessert (matcha soufflé tart with black sesame and red bean ice cream), and there's also a good selection of wines.
