Tucked away between the park and the Batignolles market, this bistro serves up the kind of home-style cooking moms used to make on Sundays. Heartfelt cuisine, reimagined and modernized by Chef Wim Van Gorp, who showcases his expertise through three set menus: the €28 lunch, the “just like Mom’s” menu at €55, and the “chef’s choice” menu at €85. À la carte, you’ll enjoy a delicious sauté of chanterelle mushrooms and country ham, monkfish served with a mint-lime emulsion, radish carpaccio, mashed potatoes, and a decadent vacherin cheese with cherries, vanilla ice cream, fermented sorbet, and a fennel condiment—a combination bursting with freshness.
