Eggplant en persillade is enhanced by the romesco sauce, while the Corsican veal, well cooked, lacks coherence between its garnishes. The chocolate soufflé, airy and intense, ends on the right note. The cellar, guided by the sommelier, stands out for its choice of independent winegrowers, solid references and discoveries that accompany the meal with relevance.
