A promising spot that’s a great fit for Noam and Etheliya, who came from Canada a little over ten years ago to bring an open-minded approach to culture and unbridled enthusiasm. The restaurant already has a number of loyal fans of this fresh, colorful cuisine rooted in tradition: sea bass carpaccio with cucumber and radishes in a buttermilk vinaigrette, Carnaroli risotto with leeks and beurre blanc sauce, steamed turbot with Béarnaise sauce, a tartlet with honey-roasted Solliès figs, almond cream, and plum kernel ice cream… Etheliya, a true connoisseur, oversees a well-stocked and varied wine cellar.
