Gault&Millau's review2026
One of those modern tables that has recently come into its own, confirming its status with each passing season. In this beautiful old-fashioned bistro room on a street corner, with Thonet-style chairs and pretty cobblestones, the weekly offering is always simple and to the point: leek terrine with mimosa sauce, pearly cod with ginger hollandaise sauce, pan-fried sweetbreads with herb and Jerusalem artichoke sauce, and "Robuchon heritage" purée to accompany the meats. A small selection of desserts, a pleasant and inexpensive cellar, and service that's right up your alley.
