At the entrance to the Parc des Baronnies Provençales, this remarkable 18th-century hotel***, with its classic, historic style, also boasts a Provencal table, where the region's classics are the order of the day. For €28, heirloom tomato and burrata salad, white hake with sweet bell pepper coulis, roast leg of lamb from Provence, roast guinea fowl with green and black olive sauce. Smiling service.
