In the center of town, Frédéric Haelling and his son Mickaël's restaurant is a sure bet, backed by thirty years' experience, a well-established setting and a menu that still works. The bistro keeps fine traditions alive, such as tartine campagnarde à l'os à moelle à la graine de moutarde et charcuterie ibérique, steamed cod and Provençal vegetables in olive oil, filet de boeuf Simmental à la périgourdine, cocotte chocolat en cinq textures. Good selection in the cellar.
