full of surprises. The idea: you can opt for a 3-course Classic menu or a 4-course Gourmand menu adapted, if need be, to your food allergies or intolerances. You can choose between meat, fish or vegetable without knowing the composition of the dishes in advance. Contemporary French cuisine, served in a refined yet warm setting, concocted with wholesome ingredients from the Touraine region, including the wines. The Chef will arouse your curiosity with gourmet dishes sourced as much as possible from sustainable, local agriculture. At Le Classic, you'll take the time to taste, smell, feel and analyze the flavors of each dish, then Sandrine will explain all the subtleties, composition and elaboration of each dish after tasting. The restaurant can be reserved for private events. The Chef can also come to your home and give in-home lessons to reproduce his delicate savoir-faire.
