Chef's Restaurant Alexandre Miquel has preserved the good Relais & Châteaux codes and the refined, bourgeois habits of this beautiful town-center townhouse. Elegant meals based on noble ingredients are beautifully highlighted by this young chef, who worked at Meurin and was Thibault Gamba's right-hand man. The line has been mapped out, to the delight of the people of Lille, who spend around a hundred euros on a good "Invitation au voyage" menu, with pan-fried langoustine with cherry almond and ajo blanco verbena, raviole alla parmigiana with burnt eggplant and mozza emulsion with basil oil, sautéed arctic char with chanterelle mushrooms and pea gnocchi in a blanquette sauce with the juice of the pods and fermented mushrooms. We add the can for the €118 menu, the pavlova dessert is rather classic and well done, and the toques are easily maintained. Good service and a large cellar showcasing dedicated labels.
